1. Description of SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases
ABC Children's Center offers two separate types of SMS text messages. You choose which, if any, you want to receive, and you can agree to one without agreeing to the other.
Account and service messages (transactional): appointment confirmations, tour scheduling and reminders, program and schedule updates, and replies to your enrollment inquiries. You opt in to these with their own checkbox on our contact form.
Marketing messages (promotional): news, events, special offers, and enrollment promotions from ABC Children's Center. You opt in to these with a separate, optional checkbox on our contact form. Consent to marketing messages is not required to submit the form, to book a tour, or to receive any service or enrollment, and it is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Instructions to Opt-Out (Text STOP)
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to opt out. After sending STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. You can opt out of marketing messages without affecting your service messages by contacting us.

4. Disclosures for Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the type of messages you chose.
5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit contact forms, and consent to receiving SMS messages.
7. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
